The Headspace Care app offers immediate 1-on-1 support for coping with many common challenges — from stress and low mood to issues with work and relationships, and more. Headspace Care’s highly trained emotional support coaches are ready to help 24/7, and adult Kaiser Permanente members can use Headspace Care for 90 consecutive days at no cost. Calm: Sleep and Meditation App
The Calm app uses meditation and mindfulness to help lower stress, reduce, anxiety, and improve sleep quality. Adult members can get Calm at kp.org/selfcareapps.
